2008 1 6 1 Guide of China Medicine ，January 2008 ，Vo6 ，No1 126 细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6与老年高血压患者合并颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 【摘要】目的：探讨细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6 与老年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化发生之间的关系。方法：选择 142 例老年高血压患者，男 104 例、女 38 例，平均年龄（75.63 ±3.93 ）岁，应用颈动脉超声测量颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT ），观察有无斑块形成，用免疫学方法 测定血清中 TNF-α、IL-6 的浓度。结果：合并颈动脉粥样硬化的老年高血压患者血清TNF-α、IL-6 的含量明显高于无颈动脉硬化患者 （P ＜0.05 ＝；有颈动脉斑块的患者血清TNF-α、IL-6 的含量明显高于颈动脉内中膜增厚及内中膜正常患者（P ＜0.05，P ＜0.01 ）。结 论：细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6 参与高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程。 【关键词】高血压 颈动脉粥样硬化 TNF－α IL－6 Analysis of relationship between TNF-α、IL-6 and carotid atherosclerosis in eldly hypertensive patients Ding Dongxin ，Xue Bing ，Shen Qi, et al. Department of Geriatrics，Yangpu District Central Hospital ，Shanghai （200090 ） [Abstract] Objective ：To explore the relationship between TNF-α、IL-6 and carotid atherosclerosis in eldly hypertensive patients.Method ： Totally 142 eldly patients with essential hypertension diagnosed according to the criteria of hypertension of WHO/ISH were enrolled in.All these patients were examined by B-mode ultrasound to measure intima media thickness (IMT) of the common carotid artery and plaque formation.Serum TNF-α、IL-6 of these patients were detected.Results ：Serum TNF-α、IL-6 were significantly higher in the group with carotid atherosclerosis (CA) than without CA （P ＜0.05 ）； Serum TNF-α、IL-6 were higher in patients with carotid plaque than those of increased IMT and normal IMT （P ＜0.05 and P ＜0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Serum TNF-α、IL-6 are strongly associated with carotid atherosclerosis in eldly hypertensive patients.They are also enhanced with the elevation of carotid atherosclerosis in eldly hypertensive patients.
