要 在这篇 文研究当中,我们主要是针对,中国新兴的第三方支付产业的风险管 控做一个针对性的研究.我们研究的动机分别为:1) 第三方支付产业正处于一个 高度竞争的阶段,大大小小的公司无不奋力的投入竞争此产业;2) 中国对于第三 方支付的相关法规及法令还不完整,因此产生了很多的模 空间或走在擦边球的 地带;3)目前此产业风险类型较多,例如整个产业面\交易类型\营运模式等都有其 不同的风险,而一旦这些风险产生不只会影响到单一的公司,甚至会影响到消费者 或整个产业,所以 希望通过这篇 文的研究,能从整个产业的安全性的问题到交 易的风险和商业营运的风险,做一个全盘的剖析.在序论中,我们对第三方支付做 了解释以及其目前所遇到的问题进行说明; 在第二章里,我们谈到第三方支付公 司的类型与银行的关系,以及责任是什么,对他们间安全性做了相应的分析;我在 第三章里针对交易中第三方支付的风险进行分析；在第四章里,我深入研究某一第 三方公司的营运风险,并且经过回归分析,找出一个可预测的模型公式,在此希望 透过本论文,能让大家更全面的了解第三方支付产业的风险管理的全 . 关键词：第三方支付产业、风险管理、回归分析 1 Abstract In this research essay, my major focus is scanning the full picture of the risk management of the third payment industry (PSP: Payment Service Provider) which is a new industry in China market. There were three research motivations, 1)The third payment industry in China is in a highly competition status; lots of companies are proactively jumping into the industry without any doubt. 2) The existing related regulations and compliance are not ready yet in China; this situation causes many gray areas and running PSP business in a highly uncertain environment. 3) Due to point 2, it also produces different business models in China PSP market, and these models creates the different risks in different fields as well, e.g. the risk of the whole industry environment, the risk of the trading procedure, the risk of the business operation. If one of these risks really happens, the impact would not only to one single PSP but also make a serious influence to the customer and to the whole PSP industry. Through this research, we hope to have a full analysis of the security of the whole industry environment, the risk of the transaction, and the business operating risk.
