Abstract The E-commerce has been developed in our country in recent 13 years, which has not only deeply changed the commericial management pattern in domestic enterprise, but also inflected the people s consuming behaviour to a great extent. With the deep penetration of mobile communication informatization into national economy, the mobile telecom E-commmerce pattern has becoming a new trend which people make advance booking and payment by such portable terminals as mobile telephone and etc. Compared with the traditional E-commerce B2B pattern, the mobile communication E-commerce will bring a further development for B2C and C2C patterns. Therefore, the mobile communication E-commerce marks the beginning of a new commerce revolution, and it will become the important power to promote the adjustment of economical structure and transform the economic development style. With the implementation of a new recombination of telecommunications and the official issuance of licenses for third-generation (or 3G) services, the competitive participants for Jiangxi provincial mobile communication operator has been inreased from 2 to 3. Thus the new era of 3G mobile communication has come with quickening competition. Jiangxi Mobile Communication Company, whose traditional business is satisfactorily developed, will have to focus its new profit growth in future on the value added service of information and the innovation of business pattern.
