Abstract
With the rapid development of mobile communications, mobile communication
business development reflects the rapid development of informatory society,
Chinamobile is also leading the trend of mobile communications industry. 3G era,
Chinamobile should transforing strategies, developing new mobile services and
implementing the new and old business to greeting the 3G era..
This study analyse how to developing 3G business marketing strategies, what kind
of marketing strategies to establish and how to implement these strategies in Ruiji n
Chinamobile with the coming of 3G era. This study analyse characteristic features of
services and development of mobile in 3G era. Contacting Jiangxi Ruijin realities,
analysing Ruijin Chinamobile market and industry, selecting the mature foreign 3G
cases and comparing with Chinamobile, this study develop a viable ideas and strategies:
First, establing the 3G Experience Hall. Experience is an important feature of and
benefits 3G. If only talk the concept of 3G, most of consumers can not understanding it.
To let the most of consumers demand it, it must be allowed them experience
something of 3G. These mainly include: visual experience, auditory experience, on-site
experience and a free trial, then consumers have sufficient opportunities to try. Thus,
establing the 3G Experience Hall in major business areas of Ruijin Chinamobile, it can
let consumers to experience the 3G truly and get the various facilities.
Second, set the location services for the customer to meet the different needs of
customers. That is, portfolio diversification strategy.
Third, business group marketing of 3G. Group customers are important target
customers of 3G business, actively developing the
