海州露天矿矿坑水治理及利用 专业：安全技术及工程 导师：王继仁 教授 摘 要 海州露天矿生产期间每年花费大量费用用于坑底排水以保证正常安全 生产，经论证破产后，仍需排水作业以保证海州露天矿的剩余生产、周围 井工的安全开采及海州露天矿国家矿山公园的建设。随着海州露天矿全部 闭坑和国家矿山公园的建设，利用坑底矿井水，建成坑底水上乐园，并对 周围的工业、农业生产和生态恢复提供用水，使矿坑水真正的成为一种资 源。 本文以海州露天矿矿坑水为研究对象 ，分析了矿坑水对煤矿安全生产 的影响，保证破产前后矿井生产安全及生态环境的恢复。对矿坑水的不同 来源，采取矿井水资源化、坑底水库优化配置 的矿坑水防治利用措施。根 据闭坑后海州露天矿矿山公园水上乐园的规划利用，建立了闭坑后坑底水 库优化配置模型。对闭坑后坑底水库优化配置进行实例研究。 关键词 ：闭坑；矿坑水；矿山公园；需水量；优化配置 Abstract Every year a large amount of fee is used to drain away water from the bottom of pit of H a i z h o u O p e n c u t M i n e so as to guarantee regular safety at work, after being proved going bankrupt, pumping water is also stoped immediately. After some years, if not fathered, the pit will become the dead lake with dirt accumulating.when all the pits of H a i z h o u O p e n c u t M i n e is shutted and all the exploitation is finished,a water paradise is going to be established by making use of water from the bottom of the pits. And providing water for the industry and agricultur e makes pit water become a kind of resource really. The article uses water from H a i z h o u O p e n c u t M i n e as studying project.And according to the different source of the pit water, different pit water prevention and curing measures are used. It analyses the effect that the pit water affects the coal mine , and en sures that the mine produces safely.It analyses the status of the discharged water from H a i z h o u O p e n c u t M i n e at present,and build the p it bottom
