摘要 任何时代都有自己时代的主题，而发展是人类历史的永恒主题，社会的进步 和发展总是以付出一定代价为前提，没有代价付出的发展是不存在的，当代中国 随着改革实践的推进，各种社会问题不断涌现，如何在发展的进程中降低社会发 展代价，这是本文一直探讨的核心问题。 本文分成三个部分，第一部分介绍了社会发展代价的含义与成因；第二部分 对我国社会发展代价做了分析；第三部分强调了实现中国社会良性发展的必由之 路是坚持全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观。 本文在前人研究成果的基础上，揭示了社会发展代价产生的根源并分析了社 会发展代价与社会发展的辩证关系；阐释了社会发展代价在社会发展过程中的重 要地位和作用；论述了树立全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观是实现当代中国社 会良性发展的必由之路。 关键词：社会发展代价 中国转型期 成因 Abstract Any age has its own themes of the times, but development is the eternal theme of human history, Social progress and development is always to pay the cost as a precondition. No development is without cost, reform is advancing in contemporary China, various social problems emerge, how to reduce the cost of Social development in development process, which is the core issues about this paper. The article is divided into three parts, The first section describes the meaning and causes of the costs of the social development; The second part analyzed the cost of the causes of Chinas social development; The third part highlights the only way to achieve the sound development of Chinese society.
