中国科技论文在线 辽东湾天然气企业对越南直接投资的可行 性研究 孙鹤阳，黄粤** 5 （辽宁工程技术大学工商管理学院，辽宁葫芦岛125105 ） 摘要：辽东湾是中国渤海三大海湾之一，并依托有大连、锦州、营口、盘锦、葫芦岛五大沿 海城市。虽然储存有丰富的油气田，但是辽东湾地区天然气市场基本趋于饱和，天然气供需 处于供过于求的状态，可获得的利润增长率低。天然气市场的竞争越来越激烈并且基本处于 10 饱和状态，加上本地市场开发难度大，因此主动地开辟海外市场逐渐成为辽东湾天然气企业 扩大利润的有效途径。作为中国的邻邦，越南是一个资源贫乏的国家，石油、天然气等资源 大部分需要进口，越南的城市天然气几乎处于空白状态，因此，在国内市场价格相对稳定的 状况下，开辟越南市场显得尤为重要。本文在国际直接投资的相关理论与越南的实际情况相 结合的基础上分析对越南天然气业直接投资的可行性，具有重要的现实和理论意义。 15 关键词：对外直接投资；辽东湾；天然气企业；可行性 中图分类号：F752 Feasibility Study On Natural Gas Enterprises In Liaodong Bay Direct Investment In Vietnam 20 SunHeyang, HuangYue (Business Administration School,Liaoning Technical University,LiaoningHuludao Tity 125105) Abstract: Liaodong Bay is one of the three largest Bohai sea gulf in China, and includes Dalian Jinzhou Yingkou Panjin Huludao five coastal cities. Although it is rich in oil and natural gas, but the market of the natural gas is already saturated, and supply is more than demand, profit growth 25 rate is low. The competition in the natural gas market is more and more intense and the market of natural gas is in a saturated state, the local market is also difficult to develop, so actively open up overseas market is an efficient way to expand profit for Liaodong Bay natural gas enterprises. As a neighbor of China, Vietnam is a resource-poor country. Oil, natural gas and other resources are almost need to import. City natural gas of Vietnam is almost blank. So, in the condition of stable 30 domestic market price, it is important to develop the market of Vietnam. This dissertation will analysis the possibility of investing in natural gas industry in Vietnam on the
