摘要 改革开放以来，市场经济迅速发展，信息革命的成果带来了文化的市场经济 时代，通俗文学、流行音乐、网络消遣等大众文化形式丰富着青少年的闲暇生活 的同时也丰富着他们的学习和思想。 语文教师在大众文化背景下感受到了困惑和压力。然而，部分教师仍能在这 种压力之下表现出多元文化中优秀语文教师应有的文化人格。 本研究力图通过对优秀教师的课堂教学观察和访谈等呈现该类教师的文化 品貌，概括其文化人格，透视其成因，以期为一线教师展示样本，通过分析其成 因的过程中给一线教师提供一些文化反思的特定视角，并给予建议。 第一章绪论部分采用文献法梳理了相关命题的研究、对本研究的重要概念进 行文献梳理并给出在本论文中的界定； 第二章用叙事研究和访谈等方法通过对大众文化背景下语文教师优质文化 品貌的呈现概括出其优质文化人格； 第三章用相关的理论分析语文教师理想文化人格的成因并于最后一部分顺 理成章地提出当今大众文化背景下语文优化语文教师文化人格的建议。 关键词：语文教师 大众文化 文化人格 Abstract Since reform and opening up and the rapid development of market economy, the results of the information revolution brought the era of market economy .The culture.popular literature, pop music, entertainment and other network forms of popular culture enrich the lives of young peoples leisure and also enrich their learning and thought.
