高聚焦超声治疗肿瘤的原理和临床应用 摘要 目的和方法：为了使更多的医生和患者更全面的了解无创或者微创领域的新技术---高强度聚焦超声（HIFU），为了促进高聚焦超声治疗肿瘤技术的进一步完善，我结合自己在泰山医学院附属医院超声科的实习以及在泰安市中心医院超声刀科室的参观学习，阅览了国内外的众多杂志，现对高强度聚焦超声治疗肿瘤的原理、定位、临床应用及相关的内容作一综述。 结论：随着HJFU治疗设备性能的改进提高，更精确的动态影像定位监控装置的研制成功，以及国内外越来越多的对高强度聚焦超声的研究，高强度聚焦超声在临床应用的范围越来越广，安全性评价越来越高，并发症越来越少。并且有望成为一些良性肿瘤的替代治疗。 意义：高强度聚焦超声作为微创或者无创技术进入临床应用的研究越来越深入和透彻，在临床应用的越来越完善，是医生和患者最大的福音。 关键词：高强度聚焦超声；治疗；肿瘤；原理；临床应用 Abstract Objective and methods：in order to make more doctors and patients more comprehensively understand of the new technology in the minimally invasive field-high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), In order to promote the high focused ultrasound treatment of tumor technology perfect,according to my practice in ultrasound department of taishan medical school affiliated hospital and visited learning in ultrasound scalpel department of TaiAnShi central hospital ，according to my internship in the department of the ultrasound in the Taishan medical hospital and the reading from the magazines of our country and overseas,I review the principle ,the positioning, clinical application and relevant content about the high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of tumor in the paper.. Conclusion: as the HIFU treatment equipment performance improve, as more accurate dynamic monitoring device of images and more study on the high intensity focused ultrasound developed successfully, high intensity focused ultrasound in the clinical application becomes more and more broad, safety evaluation become more and more high, complications becomes fewer .and it is expected to be the replacement therapy of some benign tumors. Meanings: the clinical research about high intensity focused ultrasound as minimally invasive or a noninvasive technique becomes more and more thoroughly, clinical application becomes more and more perfect.
