中等职业学校作文有效教学初探 （华东师范大学07级教育硕士 陈艳） 中文摘要 21世纪我国现代化建设需要数以亿计的既专业素质又具有人文素养的应用 型人才。职业学校肩负着培养未来高素质劳动者的重任。语文作文教学在培养学 生人文素养和综合能力方面具有得天独厚的条件。然而近几年来由于高校扩招， 普高热升温，中等职业学校生源的总体素质明显下降。中等职业学校的作文教学 陷入了教学效率低下的困境。本论文旨在通过调查当今职业学校作文教学现状， 找出作文教学中存在的问题，在把握学生的认知特点、认知能力的基础上，结合 职业学校教学环境和教师的实际，对中等职业学校作文教学的有效性进行了思考 和探索。并且着重从以下三个方面着手：（一)树立素质观，（二）提高教师素 养， （三）实施有效教学策略 ， 从而探索提高中等职业学校作文教学有效性 的方法。 关键词： 中等职业学校 作文教学 有效性 3 Abs tr a c t st The modernization of the 21 century needs hundreds and millions of applied talents with both professional quality and humanistic quality. Vocational high school shoulders the heavy responsibility of training future high-quality workers. Chinese composition teaching has unique advantage in training students’ humanities and comprehensive abilities.However,inrecent years,as college enrollment and high school’s popularity, the overall quality of students in secondary vocational schools has decreased. Composition teaching in secondary vocational schools is troubled into theplight of teachinginefficiency. This paper aims at finding out the problems in composition teaching by investigating the current status of composition teaching. Based on the students’ cognitive characters and ability, and combined with the teaching environment and teachers’ actual situation, it thinks about and explores the effective teaching of composition teaching in vocational schools. It focuses on the following three aspects: 1. establish the quality concept; 2. improve the teacher’s quality; 3. carry out effective teaching strategies. According to these, it explores the way of improving the effectiveness of composition teaching in secondary vocational schools.
