This set of policy applies to all Accenture personnel, contractors and subcontractors hired by Accenture. All these individuals are regarded as staff below. PMO refers to the Accenture Programme Management Office.
This set of policy is an addendum to the Accenture Global Policy /.
Behaviour
All staff should conduct themselves in a professional manner in line with Accenture’s image, reputation, and core values.
All staff should also observe the client’s policy and culture.
Any staff who does not behave appropriately will be asked to leave the project and will be subjected to PMO’s and Accenture’s disciplinary process.
Work attitude
Staff who are assigned to the programme do so at their own free will.
Once assigned, staff are expected perform professionally to the best of their ability and potential, and give their full commitment and focus without any distractions or problems.
If staff have personal or work issues, they should discuss with project management to resolve them and agree on actions to be taken.
If project management or PMO is not satisfied with staff’s attitude, the staff may be asked to leave the programme and an appropriate official reprimand may be given to staff.
Dress code, grooming
During working hours, all staff are expected to be dressed in business casual, as per Accenture’s policy, to maintain a professional image at all times, including during flyback days.
Business casual wear:
For men – short or long sleeved collared shirt, shirt tucked in, leather shoes, tie is optional.
For women – long pants, skirts below knee length, shirt or blouse.
Strictly not allowed for men or women – tee-shirts, shorts, sandals, slippers, sneaker shoes, colourful shirts or blouses, jeans (khakis pants are allowed)
All staff are expected to be properly groomed during working hours:
For men - should be cleanly shaved, hair kept short and in a tidy manner, should not have long nails.
For women – hair kept in a tidy manner.
