论文摘要
本论文在已掌握的相关研究资料的基础上,结合上海市普陀区语
文教育改革的现状,对普陀区小学语文学科带头人工作室带教的十所
学校的小学语文作业的现状进行了调查研究。本次调查发现目前小学
生作业负担依然较大,作业设计与批改的主体单一,语文作业的来源
多为教材和课外习题,语文作业中阅读及口头作业量较少,合作类和
探讨类作业较少,作业功能单一。在调查分析及借鉴美国加州地区小
学语言艺术课程作业设计的基础上,语文教师们积极将新课程理念运
用到优化作业设计,提升作业品质的探索实践中,关注作业规范性与
自主性相结合,多样性与趣味性相结合,针对性与开放性相结合,限
时与延时相结合,灵活性与层次性相结合,优化小学低年级主题活动、
语言实践作业,中年级图文链接、拓展表达作业,高年级诗文诵读、
开放探究作业。研究提升小学生作业兴趣,提升作业质量,提升教师
专业能力。

Based on the relevant documents and information available, the
author made an investigation of the status quo of the Chinese assignment
in ten elementary schools led by a Chinese teachers’ studio in Putuo
District with the analysis of the current situation of the Chinese education
reform in Putuo District, Shanghai. It is found out that it is still a burden
for the pupils to finish the Chinese homework. The subject of design and
review of the assignment is simple with less reading comprehension and
oral homework. Most of the Chinese assignment comes from the teaching
material and extracurricular exercise, which requires no cooperation or
discussion between the classmates with single assignment function. With
reference to the assignment design of the language and art course in the
elementary schools in California, USAand according to the investigation,
the Chinese teachers of the ten schools will learn and introduce the new
philosophy and principles to optimize the assignment design to improve
the quality of the assignment actively to make the Chinese assignment
standard, flexible, diversified and interesting. Assignment shall not only
be open to all pupils, but also be designed for specific purpose with the
good combination of time limit and time delay, flexibility and gradation,
