随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善,我国许多企业越来越认识到市场竞争的激烈和增强企业竞争力的紧迫感。企业竞争的关键是人才的竞争,能否管好人、用好人是企业成败的重要因素。因此,人力资源管理已成为我们现代企业管理中非常重要的一环。本的因素就是企业的劳动者——人力资源,他们是企业所有资源中最宝贵的,因而必须对其进行有效管理。现代管理大师彼得?德鲁克曾经说过:企业只有一项真正的资源——人。IBM总裁沃森也说过:你可以搬走我的机器,烧毁我的厂房,但只要留下员工,我就可以重造一个新的IBM。在现代企业中人力资源已经成为企业发展最重要的元素。如何有效、合理地管理和使用企业所拥有的最宝贵的资源——人力资源,把以人为本的理念真正贯穿到人力资源管理的全过程,实现对人力资源的充分发掘和合理利用,对人力资源的培养与发展,提高单位整体工作效率,是现代企业人力资源管理的。As the socialist market economic system has gradually established and perfected,many of our businesses are increasingly aware of the intense market competition and enhance the competitiveness of urgency,The key to controlling a good man is an important factor in the success or failure. Therefore, human resource management has become a very important part of modern enterprise management.
Survival and development of modern enterprises are affected by many factors and constraints. One of the most important and most fundamental factors is the companys workers - human resources. They are the most valuable of all resources of the company, so they must be effectively managed. In modern enterprises, the development of human resources has become the most important element. In order to manage the company effectively we must have the most valuable resource - human resources. To improve the overall efficiency units is important work of the modern human resource management.
This paper is divided into five chapters, the Qinghai Refractoriness human resource management as a core content. The first chapter is an introduction, presentation of the problem, purpose and methods. The second chapter is a brief description on human resources, human resources management. The next two chapters begin with Orions human resource management problems and their causes proceed from the combination of theory and practice. Take proper measures to strengthen human resources management.
