The personal accounts as an important part of the construction of the medical insurance system and playing an important role. The feasibility of medical personal account is directly related to all aspects of enterprise employees the medical needs met. There are still many shortcomings and problems with medical personal account. Such as personal account unfairness and a more serious problem -- the low efficiency; the limited of constraint personal accounts; the accumulation function of personal accounts has not been reflected; personal account of mutual aid limited. In this paper, first, in line with the basic medical insurance company A individual account using present situation to carry on the investigation and analysis, the authors find that the deficiency and analyses the reason of its shortcomings.
