江苏医药 2008 年 7 月第 34 卷第 7 期 　J iangsu Med J , J uly 2008 , Vol 34 , No . 7 6·65 · ·论著 · 272 例肾上腺肿瘤回顾分析 陈欢欢 　刘 容 　周红文 　刘 超 【摘要】　目的　了解肾上腺肿瘤的患病特点 ,提高其诊断水平 。方法 　回顾性分析 272 例肾上 腺肿瘤的诊疗资料 。结果 　272 例中 185 例资料完备 。有功能肿瘤 137 例中 ,醛固酮增多症 64 例 , 库欣综合征 3 1 例 ,嗜铬细胞瘤 42 例 ;恶性肿瘤 10 例 。272 例中 42 例因体检发现 ,考虑为偶发瘤 。 其中 ,有功能肿瘤 8 例 ,分别为嗜铬细胞瘤 7 例 ,醛固酮增多症 1 例 。结论 　对肾上腺肿瘤应行内分 泌检测 ,B 超和 C T 检查有助于肿瘤定位 ;偶发瘤需引起重视 。 【关键词】　　肾上腺肿瘤 ;偶发瘤 【中图分类号】　R736 　　【文献标识码】　A 　　【文章编号】(2008) A retrospective analysis of 272 cases with adrenal tumors 　CH EN Hu a n h u a n , L IU R ong , ZHOU Hongwen , et al . Methods 　Dat a from 272 ca ses wit h adrenal t umor s were reviewed . Results 　Of 272 ca ses of adrenal t umor s , 185 had comp let e clinical and laboratory dat a . Functional t umor s were diagno sed in 137 cases including 64 ca ses wit h p rimary aldo st eroni sm , 3 1 wit h Cu shing syndrome and 42 wit h p heochromocytoma . Of t he functional adrenal t umor s , 10 cases were malignant . There were 8 functional adrenal t umor s ( 7 p heochromocytoma s and 1 p rimary aldo st eroni sm) . Conclusion 　The hormone level s should be det ermined bot h in t he symp tomatic and asymp tomatic p atient s wit h adrenal t umor s.
