（2011届） 毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 人民币汇率变动对嘉兴外商直接投资的影响分析 姓　 名：　 　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　 专　 业：　　 国际经济与贸易　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 班　 级：　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 学 号： 指导教师：　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 导师学科：　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 导师职称：　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 　　2011年　5　月　29　日 摘 要 汇率是一个国家进行国际活动时最重要的综合性价格指标，它的变动对一国对外贸易的平衡与国内经济活动都具有深远的影响。近年来，嘉兴的开放性经济取得了飞跃，带动了经济快速增长。外商直接投资也是健康、持续的发展。人民币汇率变动对嘉兴市外商直接投资是否会产生影响？针对这个问题，本文采用1994年到2010年间相关数据，对人民币实际有效汇率对嘉兴市外商直接投资的影响进行了实证分析。通过单位根检验、协整检验，得出嘉兴外商直接投资和人民币实际有效汇率、嘉兴市GDP、嘉兴价格消费指数之间存在一定的长期均衡关系。接着运用格兰杰因果检验得出结论：汇率因素与嘉兴外商直接投资之间没有显著的双向因果关系。最后在前面分析的基础上，有针对性地提出如何更好地吸引外商投资的若干政策建议。 关键词：ABSTRACT The exchange rate is the most important and comprehensive price indices of a country in international activities. The change of exchange rate has a profound impact on a country’s foreign trade and domestic economic activities. For the past few years, the open economy of Jiaxing made a great leap forward and brought along the fast economic development. Meantime, the foreign direct investment has been developing healthily and sustainably. Whether the movement of RMB exchange rate will affect the foreign direct investment in Jiaxing? To address this issue, this paper uses the sampled data from 1994 to 2010 to make empirical analysis. Through the unit root test and the cointegration test conclude that a long-term balance should be noted among Jiaxing’s foreign direct investment, the RMB exchange rate, Jiaxing GDP andCPI. Then use granger causality tests to conclude that there isn’t existing two-way causal relationship between RMB exchange rate and Jiaxing’s foreign direct investment.Then conclude that the RMB exchange rate plays an important role in absorbing Jiaxing’s foreign direct investment.
