Abstract
In order to face the challenge of bank industry opening, the reform of
Chinese bank industry is progressing — the reform of state-owned
commercial banks is coming to an end, stock commercial banks are
developing rapidly, city commercial banks and credit unions are
reforming. To establish scientific and reasonable performance evaluation
system is not only the important method of evaluating the achievement of
Chinese commercial bank reform in the past phase, but also a force of
Chinese bank scientific development. Aiming at the existing problems
of Chinese commercial bank performance evaluation, this paper employs
a Value-Management based , Strategy-Oriental and Process-Quality-
Management Supported performance evaluation system of Chinese
commercial bank. Finally here gives some advices on how to
implement this evaluation system .
