3 ABSTRACT In our country’s food safety, there are many issues , people often don’t know how to dissolve it. On the one hand, the media usually report it and people don’t content to it, on the other hand, our government do all favors to improve the level of the legal system of food safety. But the result is not good, there also have many problems. The safety of food often affect people’ health, but also affect our economic, especially on the exports of agricultural products. In food security system, the law is very important. We should learn to developed country’s legal system of food safety and let ours become better. My article has several parts. The first part is about the concept and meaning of food safety, and the reasons and problems of our country’s legal system of food safety. The second part is about the legal system of food safety. The United States, European Union and Japan’s legal system of food safety, and we should learn some good advice from them.
