毕业论文 （20_ _届） 乡村“流动饭店”经营管理研究 摘要 关键词：；；Abstract The era is continuously progressing, the society is gradually developing, the culture is changing all the time, in today’s rapidly changing and rapidly developing society, and the ever-changing consumer demand, the definition the traditional hotel has taken place in a certain degreen of change. Nowadays widespread liqudity management services have appeared in community, they are called “mobile hotels”. “mobile hotels” is spreading rapidly in the National Rural, they’re very popular and farmers are fond of them. The “mobile hotels” are very popular, however, there is also existing the suffering. This article mainly introducts the meaning ,causes, characteristics and the current development status of the village “mobile hotels”, focus on the development status, shortcomings of the “mobile hotels” in Hang Zhou Jiande City, and propose the substantial improvement strategy. This thesis firstly carries through a review on the study of “mobile hotel”. Secondly, it has revised the evaluation index system of mobile hotel in Jiande City through questionnaire surveys and field studies. The results of the survey indicate that there are many problems existing in the “mobile hotel” of Jiande City. Such as operating without a license, most employees without health checks and introduction of such business is too monotonous, etc. Finally, in terms of the results of empirial research, this thesis has explored the ways and strategies to increase the management of “mobile hotel”.
