毕业论文 （20_ _届） 大学生创业之初的企业管理问题及对策 摘 要 企业管理对于任何一个企业都起着至关重要的作用，尤其是新创企业，企业管理影响其生存与发展。现在，大学生创业热潮盛行，大学生在创业这条道路上逐渐找到了实现自身价值的途径，不少的大学生创办了属于自己的企业，这是迈向成功的第一步而不是最后一步。如何将企业管理得井然有序，如何使大学生创办的企业在竞争激烈的市场上获得一席之地，如何建设起一支强而有力的创业团队，是大学生创业者必须面对和解决的问题。 本文主要运用企业管理理论，在理论的基础上结合调查问卷对大学生创业之初的企业管理现状进行数据分析。通过实地访谈，以宁波艾凡格商贸有限公司为例，了解企业管理上的真实情况，找出问题。综合调查问卷和实际的例子得出大学生创业之初在企业管理上存在决策管理不完善、融资渠道单一、市场打不开、创业者领导能力欠缺、创业团队缺乏持久的战斗力这几方面的问题。 针对上述问题，本文提出了相应的解决对策，如做出有效地决策；选择多种融资渠道，有效利用资金；加强企业的营销管理，开拓市场，提高产品知名度；提高创业领袖的执行能力；打造高效能的创业团队。 关键词：Abstract Enterprise management for any enterprise plays a critical role, especially start-up enterprise, enterprise management affect its survival and development. Now, students entrepreneurship in the business of prevailed, students of the path to realize their own value gradually found the way, many college students started belongs to own enterprise, this is the first step towards success rather than the last step. How will enterprise management sleekly, how to make students founded the enterprise in the fierce competition in the market gain a foothold, how to build up a strong and powerful entrepreneurial team, is a college student entrepreneurs must confront and resolve problems. This paper mainly uses in enterprise management theory, based on the theory of questionnaire was applied to the students in business with the enterprise management at the beginning of the current data analysis.
