毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江民营企业初始模糊产权的绩效与问题研究 摘 要 改革开放以来，中国的民营经济得到了迅速的发展，已成为中国国民经济的重要组成部分,而其中，又以浙江的民营经济发展最为繁盛。一个企业的产生、发展、绩效的表现乃至制度的变迁，都与企业的产权有关。产权明晰是企业绩效的关键或决定性因素Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas nongovernmental economy has developed rapidly and has become an important component of Chinas national economy, especially in Zhejiang. An enterprises production, the development and the performance of its achievements and even the change of institutions, are concerned with property rights. A well-defined property rights is the key or crucial factor of an enterprise’s achievements. A well-defined property rights will help the enterprise lower the cost, and make the resources optimized configuration. So, the research for the property right structure of enterprise is of great significance. In this paper, the main research is the achievements and problems that initial ambiguous property rights caused in the enterprise(especially the partnership enterprises). Based on the property right theory of new institutional economics, with the example of Hangzhou AiJieMan fashion Co., LTD, analysis the enterprise’s advantages and disadvantages under its property right structure, and then according to the results of this study, put forward the following conclusions: the ambiguous property rights have certain effect in the beginning of the business, but, as the economic reform continues and the market systems are gradually being perfected, the ambiguous property rights will be the leading cause of the economic inefficiency for the nongovernmental enterprises, if the enterprise wants a Long-term development, it must have a well-defined property rights.
