毕业论文 （20_ _届） 中小企业库存控制研究 摘 要 随着社会的发展，企业所面临的市场环境竞争越来越激烈，技术进步越来越快，市场和劳务竞争全球化，客户的要求越来越苛刻，产品研发的难度也越来越大，怎样在快速有效地满足顾客需求的基础上实现低成本的运营，是众多企业面临的难题。在此背景之下，使得人们开始普遍关注供应链以及供应链管理,而库存控制是供应链管理中十分重要的环节,起到缓冲、调节和平衡的作用。供应链上各个环节企业库存水平的高低一方面影响产品的成本,另一方面影响客户服务水平和企业对市场波动情况的适应能力，所以库存管理是供应链管理中非常重要的方面。 本文首先介绍奉化天成电子有限公司的概况，然后对公司的库存管理进行了简要的调查和分析，指出公司库存控制方面存在的问题，然后运用所学的知识提出相应得措施来改善这些问题。本论文研究结果表明，针对企业实际情况运用供应链环境下的库存管理理论和方法能够有效的提高供应链库存管理水平，期望此文的研究结果能够为类似企业的库存管理改善活动提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：库存；库存控制；ABC法则Abstract With the development of society, enterprises are facing increasingly competitive market environment, technological progress faster and faster.With the globalization of market and labor comprtition, more and more demanding customer requirements, product development has become increasingly difficult, then how to meet customer needs quickly and effectively on the basis of low-cost carriers, has been one of many problems facing enterprises In this context, people started to concern about the supply chain and supply chain management, and supply chain management, inventory control is a very important part of the cushion adjust and balance role. All aspects of supply chain inventory level of business impact of product cost on the one hand, on the other hand the level of customer service and business ability to adapt to market fluctuations, so the inventory management in supply chain management is a very important aspect. This paper introduces an overview of Fenghua Tiancheng Electronics Co., Ltd., the companys inventory management and then conducted a brief survey and analysis,concerning about the company inventory control problems.The measures were put forward to improve these problems.
