毕业论文 （20_ _届） 新生代农民工工作满意度研究 摘 要 科学发展观的核心是以人为本，解决民生是政府当前的工作重心，农民工作为社会一个庞大的群体对社会的和谐发展起着举足轻重的作用，在中国，农民工问题一直是个大问题，根据国家统计局农调队、国务院研究室和国家统计局服务业调查中心等做的多项调查，30岁以下的青年农民工占农民工群体60 %以上，已超过1 亿人，新生代农民工已经逐步成为农民工的主体。随着新生代农民工逐渐登上历史的舞台，他们为社会的发展贡献自己的力量，同时也带来了一系列问题，学术界对此进行了深入的研究，由于社会环境不同，国外学者对农民工问题的研究不够深入。 本文首先介绍了新生代农民工工作满意度的研究背景、研究意义，然后介绍了新生代农民工作满意度的理论框架，包括定义、工作满意度等；其次，本文在我国文化背景下对新生代农民工工作满意度进行了实证研究，采用问卷调研法，得出新生代农民工存在怎么样的就业心理，工作满意度对新生代农民工的影响。最后就研究结论为浙江三蒲照明有限公司如何提高新生代农民工工作满意度提出自己的意见。 关键词：新生代农民工；工作满意度；浙江三蒲照明有限公司 Abstract Core of the concept of scientific development is the human-oriented, solve the livelihood of the peoples government of gravity, migrant workers current work as a social a huge group for social harmonious development, plays an important role in China, the problems of rural migrant workers have been a big problem, according to the national bureau of statistics NongDiaoDui, research office of the state council and the national bureau of statistics service survey center etc do surveys, 30 years old the following young peasant workers accounted for the peasant-workers 60 % above, has more than 1 billion people, Cenozoic farmers have been gradually become the subject of migrant workers.
