毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省外贸企业应对国外反倾销的策略研究 摘 要 当今全球经济一体化与贸易自由化已是大势所趋，国际市场竞争也日趋激烈。由于世界经济普遍不景气，使得贸易保护主义开始抬头。反倾销、反补贴、保障措施是世界贸易组织允许的保护国内产业的三种合法手段。在当今国际贸易中,传统的关税和非关税限制都大大的减少了，各国普遍采用反倾销措施来保护国内产业。随着浙江经济与全球经济的接轨和相互渗透，浙江产品出口竞争力日益加强，越来越多的国家和地区把浙江出口商品当成反倾销的首要目标，频繁对浙江出口商品进行反倾销立案调查，严重地影响了浙江外贸企业的发展。 本文针对当今浙江企业的反倾销现状，探讨了政府应该转变政府职能，深化改革，健全反倾销预警机制；企业应该加强对反倾销的认识，促进产业升级，采取品牌战略；行业协会应尽可能发挥其职能以避免或减少由国外反倾销带来的损失。同时通过相关的案例分析，得出浙江政府、企业和行业协会三个层面应该相互配合，加强信息的沟通，努力改变浙江外贸企业遭遇反倾销诉讼过多的局面。 关键词：Abstract Global economic integration and trade liberalization are an inevitable trend in right now; international market competition also is becoming increasingly fierce. As the world economy generally sluggish and made trade protectionism began to head， Anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard measures is the three legitimate means of world trade organization allow to protect domestic industries. In todays international trade, the traditional tariff and non-tariff restrictions greatly reduced, and universal adopts anti-dumping measures to protect domestic industries. As Zhejiang economy and global economic standards and mutual infiltration, Zhejiang product export competitiveness strengthened day by day, more and more countries and regions to Zhejiang export commodities as the first priority, frequent antidumping of Zhejiang export commodities initiated an anti-dumping investigation, seriously influenced the development of foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang. Aiming at the present situation of Zhejiang enterprise anti-dumping today, discusses the government should transform the functions of government, deepening the reform and perfect anti-dumping early warning mechanism; Enterprises should strengthen the understanding of anti-dumping, and promote industrial upgrading, adopt brand strategy; Industry associations should as far as possible out its functions in order to avoid or reduce the loss brought by foreign anti-dumping.
