摘 要 本设计是北京某钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼设计，主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。着重解决了建筑物与周围环境、建筑物与各种细部构造，最终确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。 结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算、变形验算、内力分析及截面设计，并绘制相关的结构施工图。 本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架3、8轴框架的抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后，先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用瑞利法求出基本周期，进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小，进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力），接着计算竖向荷载（恒载及活荷载）作用下的结构内力，找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。 选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。 关键词： 框架 建筑设计 结构设计 抗震设计 Abstract This design is about frame structure design for a reinforced concrete office building in Beijing, primarily including the architecture design and structure design. According to the requirement of the design assignment, the architecture design is carried out on the premise of general layout, comprehensively considering the ground environment, using function, structure type, building materials, construction equipment and architecture economy and architecture art act.. Then using space is mainly solved in this building and coordination between inside and outside conditions. At the same time, the whole designs on the structure and the detailed are presented, and the construction documents design are also gave out. The determination of structure design is based on architecture preliminary design. By selecting the appropriate structure type, structure arrangement is put up and the sizes of structure components are calculated in the rough. All work about calculation including load calculation, deformation checking, mechanics analysis and section design. In the end, all the construction documents design of architecture and structure involved are presented. This design is mainly to do the anti-seismic design in the transverse frames of axis 3、8. When the layout of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated.
