社区体育与高校体育的互动研究--以湛江市三所高校及毗邻的社区为例.pdfVIP

摘要 我国经济社会正处于快速、蓬勃发展阶段，随着经济社会的不断发展和全民 健身运动的不断推进，社会管理功能模式也在逐步调整，社区功能的不断完善， 社区作为社会基础管理单元的作用正逐步加强，而人们日益增长的体育运动需 求，逐步成为社区服务大众的重要内容。然而，由于受长期以来形成的管理体制、 模式所造成的条块分割的影响，高校体育与社区体育彼此独立，没有交流的机制 和渠道，高校体育因其所具备的人力资源、场馆资源、后备人才培养等优势，一 直处于体育发展的前沿，拥有社区体育建设、发展最稀缺的各类资源,却得不到 很好的利用，同时，高校体育的发展空间也受影响。针对高校与毗邻社区如何共 同发展体育的问题，本文以湛江市毗邻高校的社区为例，就湛江市的三所高校与 其所毗邻的社区的体育活动开展的现状，在分析各自特点、优势等因素的基础上， 结合体育合作的一些模式，提出了加强与改进的社区体育与高校体育优势互补、 共同发展的对策，藉以点代面，为与之相同或相似的社区推动体育建设工作提供 一个可借鉴的思路。 关键词：社区体育；高校体育；互动 I Abstract China’s economic society is under rapid and vigorous development. The functional mode of social management is gradually adjusted and the functions of communities are unceasingly completed, with constant development of economy and the continuous promotion of national fitness. As a unit for social fundamental management, communities are strengthening their functions. The daily-increasing demand of people’s physical activities has been the main content of community services step by step. Meanwhile, due to the influence of fragmentation of the long-standing management system and management pattern, physical activities in high schools and in communities are independent from each other without communication mechanisms and channels. On the one hand, physical activities in college have been a leader in its scope because of the advantages in human resource, venues resource, reserve personnel training and others.
