小学劳动与技术教育课程实施现状及对策的研究以伊春市某区小学为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 2001 年 6 月，教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》，启动了新 一轮基础教育课程改革。劳动与技术教育课程是此次基础教育课程改革中关注的 重点。目前，劳动与技术教育课程已进入全面实施阶段，但是由于内部因素和外 部因素的种种制约，该课程的实施情况不容乐观。本研究在查阅相关文献的基础 上，选取黑龙江省伊春市某区部分小学的教师和学生作为研究对象，通过问卷调 查、访谈等方法，对该课程的实施现状进行深入调查，发现问题并进行分析，提 出了相应的对策，为该课程的有效实施提供理论支持。 本研究共分为三个部分。第一部分为导论，主要包括本研究提出的原因和背 景，并对国内外劳动与技术教育课程的相关研究做了综述，明确了本研究的目的 和意义，提出了支撑论点的相关理论依据，然后在对劳动与技术教育课程、课程 实施等相关概念分析的基础上提出劳动与技术教育课程实施的内涵，以及本研究 所采用的研究思路、对象选取、研究方法。 第二部分针对小学劳动与技术教育课程实施现状进行调查，并对主要问题进 行分析。调查的内容主要包括：教师和学生对课程的认识与态度；课程的实施情 况；课程实施的效果；课程实施中存在的问题。调查结果表明：伊春市部分小学 在劳动与技术教育课程的实施过程中取得了一定的成绩；与此同时，也存在着许 多亟待解决的问题，主要体现在：课程地位低下，一直受“冷落”；师资力量薄 弱，教师素质有待提高；课程形式内容单一，课程资源较为匮乏；课程实施形式 化，过程和效果不容乐观。 第三部分针对调查结果及存在的主要问题，提出改进该课程实施效果的四点 建议：从自身思想和教师培训两方面加强教师素质；利用自身优势开发多种课程 资源；增进师生互动，改善教学和评价方式；建立制度保障，充分获取各方支持。 关键词：小学劳动与技术教育课程；实施现状；对策研究 I Abstract The latest curriculum reform started in June, 2001, when the ministry of education promulgated the outline of basic education reform (trial) . In this curriculum reform, labor and technology education curriculum is considered to be a key point. At present, this curriculum has been carried on completely. But because of the restraint of various internal and external factors, there’re some questions during the implementation situation. In this research, based on the literatures, the author selected some teachers and students in primary schools in Yichun of Heilongjiang province as the object of study, used questionnaire and interviews, investigate the implementation situation, finding out the questions and put forward the analysis and countermeasures as the theoretical support of curriculum effective implementation.
