·10286 · 中华临床医师杂志( 电子版)2013 年11 月第7 卷第22 期 Chin J Clinicians(Electronic Edition),November 15,2013,Vol.7,No.22 ·综述· 基因芯片技术在胃癌研究领域中的应用及进展 谢大伟 燕速 【摘要】 胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近些年，关于胃癌致瘤机制的研究有了长足进展，但是 其发病率及死亡率仍居高不下，原因是对胃癌的发生及发展仍然存在诸多疑惑，缺乏对胃癌研究的有效手 段，尤其是在探索胃癌发病机制及胃癌早期预警方面。基因芯片技术是分子生物学领域开展较为成熟的技 术之一，因其高通量、快速、高灵敏性受到关注，尤其在胃癌易感基因、胃癌侵袭及转移研究领域的应用 展现出令人鼓舞的前景。目前，基因芯片技术在胃癌基础研究领域仍然处于探索阶段，本文旨在综述近期 国内外有关基因芯片技术在胃癌研究领域的应用及其进展，探讨基因芯片技术在胃癌研究领域的应用现状、 存在问题及前景，为进一步深入研究胃癌的发病机制及早期预警提供参考。 【关键词】 基因芯片技术； 胃肿瘤； 进展 Progress and application of gene chip technology in gastric cancer research XIE Da -wei, YAN Su. Although the substantial progress in the field about carcinogenesis of gastric cancer has been achieved over the recent years, the morbidity and mortality of gastric cancer in China are still in the high levels. For some reasons, there are still more confusions but less effective methods about the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, especially about the pathogenesis and early warning of gastric cancer. Gene chip technology is practiced as one of the mature technologies in the field of molecular biology, so more attentions have been paid in gene chip because of its high throughput, rapidity and sensibility, furthermore, the encouraging prospect has been showed in research of the susceptibility gene, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
