SD-450机床液压系统设计 摘要：本文主要介绍了450克塑料注射机的液压系统设计。塑料注射机是塑料成型领域比较广泛使用的机器，加工出来的产品有外形复杂，尺寸精确的特点；且机器本身自动化程度高。 该机器的液压系统压力由双联叶片泵提供，有3个模块，分别是合模模块，注塑模块和调压模块。各模块上有油路使油液流通，从而使液压阀工作。但相邻油路之间的距离必须大于10mm，以防压力把间隔击穿。根据计算，所选用的阀基本属于中高压阀。系统配有两个液压马达，分别用来实现预塑和调节模板厚度。回路的压力由液控溢流阀来控制，合模动作由电液换向阀来控制，注塑动作也由电液换向阀来控制。四个液控溢流阀分别用来实现控制注射，调压，预塑和模具保护的压力。 关键词: 外形复杂,尺寸精确,自动化程度高,模块,调模,模具保护 SD-450 Plastic Injection Machine’s Hydraulic System Design Abstract：This article introduces the design of the 450g plastic injection machine’s hydraulic system. Plastic injection machines are widely used in the moulding field, the production they make having the complex figure, precise dimension, and the machines themselves are highly automatic. This injection machine have a duple sliding vane pump to offer the press of the hydraulic system.. And it has three valve plates, the clamping valve plate, the injecting valve plate and the pressure regulating valve plate. Each valve plate has some holes to let the oil flows, in order to make the valves working. And that, the machine can work. But the distance of each two holes must within 10mm, otherwise the press will make the two holes connect. By means of calculating, I choose the valves used under middle or high press. Also there are two oil hydraulic motors, one controls the premould and the other controls adjusting the thickness of mould. Thepress of the system is controlled by overflow valve, the clamping is controlled by electro-hydraulic directional control valve, also, the injection is controlled by electro-hydraulic directional control valve. Four overflow valves are used to achieve the press of injection, adjusting the press, premould and protect the mould.
