摘 要 考勤作为一个单位的基础管理，越来越受到重视，传统考勤可分为两种概念： 第一种，人工考勤。人工考勤靠专人书面登记，存在许多主观、人为因素，往往最终 不能令管理层取得考勤结果资料，甚至不能起到基本的约束作用； 第二种，机械打卡钟。使用机械打卡钟，作为管理层有两种管理模式： 管理层不需取得考勤报表，只临时抽查个别员工的打卡卡片，难免会疏漏，使员工产生侥幸心理； 管理层要求取得考勤报表，加强各项管理，采用这种管理模式则需靠专人收集考勤记录，手工汇总录入计算机，则往往造成录入环节出错、考勤资料不真实、人力资源的浪费、效率低下、报表反映不即时等问题。 而新的IC卡刷卡考勤管理系统就能充分解决传统考勤中出现的上述问题，主要特点是：使用计算机收集原始数据并统计考勤数据，时间准确、考勤数据不易受干扰丢失或混乱（偶尔出现难免），然后自动生成报表报表，查询方式比较方便；其主要优点是使用方便，价格较低，而且在许多单位实现了一卡通，也就是可与电话、售饭系统相连。 整个系统的分析与设计采用当前计算机软件工程学中的主流方法 —— 面向对象系统分析与设计。遵循Rational统一过程（RUP），既以Use Case为驱动，体系构架为核心的迭代化思想，使用CASE工具中的支持统一建模语言UML的Rational Rose进行系统的分析与设计工作。 本系统基本满足了考勤管理客观、准确的需求，具有一定的实用性。 关键词 人工考勤·机械打卡钟·刷卡考勤·统计·生成报表·查询·面向对象 Abstract Attendance as a unit’s basic management, the growing importance of traditional attendance can be divided into two concepts : First, the manual attendance.
