Itproposestheconcept of buildingrailway datacenter of cloudcomputing. Fromthetechnical andfunction the paper concludes the necessity of building railway data center based on cloud computing. Then it bringforwardconceptandconnotationoftherailway datacenterbasedoncloudcomputing,advances the overall structureoftherailway datacenterbasedoncloudcomputing,putsforwardthelogicframeworkof platform of cloud computing of the railway data center and the system structure of cloud computing of the railway data center.
