Methods According to the characteristics of children behavior ，based on the different ages of children aged 0~12 in control of perception ，it elaborated the control ability of language ，perception ，thought and behavior. Conclusion Children′s use of the product obtained in the process，irrational behavior was the main cause unexpected operation of the accident.It put forward the views that managing the operation action was the efficacious way to solve the security problem of childrens products packaging，advanced that designers should control the irrational operation behavior of children through the barrier structure design ，and stresses that persisting in designing the humanized packaging was the precondition of reducing the potential safety hazard of the packaging.
