Sci .2009 ,37( 15) :6856 - 6857 ,6980 责任编辑 李玮 责任校对 傅真治 多效唑对铁皮石斛试管苗培养的影响 蒙爱东, 王东兰, 胡东南, 闫志刚 ( 广西药用植物园, 广西南宁530023) 摘要 [ 目的] 研 究多效唑对铁皮石斛试管苗壮苗培养的影响。[ 方法] 利用组织培养技术进行研 究。[ 结 果] 结果表 明,MS 培养基 中加 入多效唑处理后对铁皮石斛试管苗生长有极显著影响, 多效唑处理后试管苗矮化 、节间变短 、叶变小, 苗高是对照 的32 .1 % , 茎粗是对照 的 161.0 % , 与对照相 比都达到极显著差异; 叶片数与对照无显著差 异, 叶长与叶宽显著减小; 根长 减小, 根数显著增加, 根粗增加 不明 显。[ 结论] 多效唑可明显促进试管苗生长, 有利于试管苗生根, 提 高移栽成 活率。 关键词 铁皮石斛; 多效唑; 试管苗; 生长; 中图分类号 S682 .31 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611(2009) 15 - 06856 - 02 Effect of PP333 on the Culture of Dendr obi u m candi du m Wall . Ex Lindl MENG Ai- dong et al ( Guangxi Botanical Garden of Medicinal Plants ,Nanning ,Guangxi 530023) Abstract [ Obj ective] The purpose of this research was to study the effect of PP on the cultue of strong plant of Dendr obiu mcandi du m Wall . Ex Li ndl . 333 [ Method] The tissure cultue was used to study the effect of PP on Dendrobi um canadi dum .[ Results] The results indicated that the addition of paclobutra- 333 zol to the MS mediumwas evi dently different for the plantlet growth of Dendrobiu mcaneli du min detail .The plantlet height decreased to 32 . 1% of CK,the stem diameter i ncreasedto 16 1.0 % of CK, the leaf number had no difference of CKand the leaf shape became smaller , root length decreased ,root number had obviously i ncrease , root diameter had less evi dent increase .[ Conclusion] PP333 can obviously promote growth of tube culture seedling ,benefit to rooting and i mprove transplanting rate .
