文献综述 重庆工商大学派斯学院 专业：会计学 学号：2008304226 姓名：李丽娟 指导老师：詹学刚 中文摘要：中小企业融资是指中小企业在经营过程中主动进行的资金筹集行为，且对资金这一稀缺资源的配置过程。重庆市地处我国中西部地区的结合部位，也是中西部地区唯一一个直辖市。自1997年直辖10年来，重庆市经济得到迅速发展，各项事业都得到了不断进步。中小企业在重庆市国民经济中的地位越来越重要，然而融资困难制约着中小企业的发展。只有把资金这一重要的社会资源合理有效地配置到位，才能使中小企业的进一步发展壮大成为可能。近年来政府陆续出台了一系列支持中小企业发展的相关政策与法律，各银行和金融机构在为中小企业提供金融服务方面也进行额相应的探索。本文简单描述了中小企业界定标准以及地位，从发展状况、融资存在的主要问题等方面分析了重庆市中小企业融资现状，接着写出我国中下企业融资政策分析，最后从多个角度系统分析了造成重庆市中小企业融资困难的原因，并提出相应的缓解中小企业融资难的对策和建议。 关键词：中小企业 融资 担保 对策 English abstract:the financing of small and medium enterprises is a kind of fund procurement activity that small and medium enterprises actively carry out in the business. Moreover, it is also a kind of layout procedure for funding which is called scare resources.In China, Chongqing is located in the southwest and connects west with central section. At the same time, it is also the only one municipality in the central and western regions. The economy of Chongqing has developed quickly and all the undertakings have made a huge progress since the municipality built in 1997. The position of small and medium enterprises becomes more and more important in Chongqing national economy. However, financing difficulties restrict the development of small and medium enterprises. It is possible for small and medium enterprises to have further development when fund that is the important social resources is taken advantage reasonably and effectively. In recent years, the government has promulgated a series of relevant policies and laws to support these enterprises, and many banks and financial institutions have made some researches about offering financial services to these enterprises.This article simply describes the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, and status from standard development, financing the main problems existing in chongqing are analyzed in terms of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and then write financing status lower corporate finance policy analysis, finally analyzed from various angles
