For a long time, the lines of U.S. president’s inaugural addresses often indicate the direction of his ruling for the next four years. In the Cold War, the United States became a world power, and U.S. Presidents inaugural address is no longer confined to the domestic issues, it began to think globally, and the world began to hear his voice. Modal system that The President of the United States adopted is not only for highlighting the promise to the content, building their own authority position, at the same time is for keeping the harmonious interpersonal relationship with audience.
