In order to resolve the problems of agricultural information integration , information share and rural informationization , the government of Ningxia municipality has implemented a series of information programs and pushed the new countryside informationization forward. However , there exists problems such as weak awareness of farmers , insufficient information resource exploitation , low level standardization of information resource , lack of information human resource , etc . This paper proposed several measures include : speed up the construction of information standardization system , implement personalized , local and practical information resource service , complete database const
