中国康复理论与实践2012 年11 月第18卷第11期 Chin J Rehabil Theory Pract, Nov. 2012, Vol. 18, No.11 - 1013 - DOI : 10.3969/j.issn. 1006-9771.2012.11.005 ·专题· 康复卒中单元对脑卒中肩手综合征的疗效观察① 代新年，单守勤，陈庆华，蔡鸣，梁涛，王丹，闫玮娟 [摘要] 目的 探讨康复卒中单元对脑卒中肩手综合征的疗效。方法 90 例脑卒中后并发肩手综合征的患者分为康复单元组 (n=45)和对照组(n=45) 。康复单元组纳入康复单元，按照康复方案进行治疗，对照组进行运动训练。治疗6 周后采用Brunnstrom 分 期上肢及手功能评定、简化Fugl-Meyer 量表(FMA)及改良Barthel 指数(MBI)评定疗效。结果 治疗后两组在上肢及手功能的 Brunnstrom 分期、FMA 评分及MBI 评分上较治疗前均有改善(P0.05) ，且康复单元组优于对照组(P0.05) 。结论 康复卒中单元对 脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复有更好的疗效。 [关键词] 肩手综合征；康复卒中单元；脑卒中；康复训练 Effects of Rehabilitation Stroke Unit on Shoulder-hand Syndrome Post Stroke DAI Xin-nian, SHAN Shou-qin, CHEN Qing-hua, et al. Jinan Military Region Qingdao Second Sanatorium, Nerve Rehabilitation Center of PLA, Qingdao 266071, Shandong, China Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation stroke unit on patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Meth- ods 90 stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were divided into two groups: control group (45 cases) was treated with conventional treatment and experimental group (45 cases) was incorporated into the rehabilitation stroke unit. The therapeutic course was 6 weeks. Brunnstrom stage, Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) were used to assess the degree of the motor function of upper limb and hand, and activities of daily living (ADL), and the total clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results The motor function of up- per limb and hand and ADL improved in both groups after treatment (P0.05), while the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation stroke unit has preferable effect on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Key words: shoul
