第八章是对策研究篇，它是理论研究和实证分析的结果。主要是在前面各章
已有研究成果的基础上，提出中国金融结构调整的目标及其路径选择，具体探讨
了适应中国农村产业发展的金融结构再造、国有商业银行的改革、资本市场结构
的再造、城乡产业协调发展的金融支持体系再造、中小企业融资与中小金融机构
的结构再造。

ABSTRACT
Itisbecauseoftheshortageofthecurrenteconomictheoriesthat
Chinasfinancialstructureadjustmentisstudiedfromtheperspective
ofindustrialeconomics.Thisdissertation,basedonthecurrent
financialstructureandfinancialdevelopmentaltheories,withChinas
dualeconomyasitsbackground,aswellaswiththeurbanandrural
economicdevelopmentasitstwowings,hasmadeathoroughandsystematic
investigationintotheinfluenceofindustrialdevelopmentuponthe
financialstructureadjustment.
Chapteroneisanintroduction.Basedonthereflectionsonthetheory
ofChinasdualeconomicstructure,thedissertationhasformedthebasic
analyticmethodsforthestudyofChinasindustrialbackgroundinthe
financialstructuraladjustment,andestablishedthethreadsofwriting
aswellastheresearchframeworkbymeansoflocatingitspurposeand
methodsofresearch,andofdelimitingitsrangeandcategoriesof
investigation.
ChapterTwoistheliteraturereview.Mainlybasedonthetheoryof
thedualeconomicstructure,andguidedbyMarxisteconomictheories,it
focusesonthedepictionofindustrialdevelopmentandfinancial
structuraladjustmentandtheirrelativetheoriessoastotheoretically
identifythemechanismaffectedbytheindustrialdevelopmentinthe
processofeconomicdevelopment.
InChapterthree,theauthorhasfirstestablishedamodelonthe
relativityoffinancialstructuraldevelopmentandindustrial
developmentinordertosetatheoreticallyanalyticframeworkforthe
researchofthewholedissertation.Andthen,fromtheperspectiveofthe
interactionbetweenthedemandoftheindustrialdevelopmentand
financialservicefunctions,ithasstudiedtheorganismofthemodern
financialstructuresoastotestifytheinfluenceoftheindustrial
developmentonthefinancialstructuraladjustmentaswellasthe
promotionofindustrialdevelopmentcausedbythefinancialstructural
