毕业设计（论文） 《基于单片机的燃气泄露检测装置的设计与实现》 摘 要 煤气已成为人们生活中必不可少的能源了，煤气泄漏事件时有发生，给人们的人身安全和财产安全带来了很多隐患，所以怎样防止煤气中毒与爆炸已成为人们的迫切需要.为此我们开发研制了智能煤气报警系统. 此课题设计了一种基于AT89S52单片机燃气泄露检测及控制装置，采用模块化的设计思路，其主要实现的功能是通过TGS813气体传感器实时检测空气中的甲烷（燃气的主要成分）浓度，通过ADC0832将模拟信号转换成数字信号并显示浓度值于数码管上以实现对燃气泄露的检测及安全报警功能。软件设计部分以Keil软件为实验平台，对各个模块的程序进行编写和修改，最终确定与设计要求相符的程序。本系统主要针对传统煤气检测系统进行技术改进以满足要求，至此本系统具有如下特点．用单片机实现定时控制，电路简单、价格便宜、可靠性好。采用气敏传感器及防爆型电磁阀．安全可靠，能有效的保证随时接通和断开煤气控制电磁阀，因此本系统也可作为智能家居系统的一个子系统。 关键词 51单片机 气体传感器TGS813 数模转换ADC0832 Abstract Gas has become indispensable in peoples life energy, gas leak, to peoples personal safety and property safety brought many hidden dangers, so how to prevent gas poisoning and explosion has become the urgent needs of the people. Therefore we developed the intelligent gas alarm system. This subject designed a gas leak detection and control device based on single chip microcomputer AT89C52, adopts the modular design thinking, its main function is through the TGS813 gas sensor real-time detection of methane (gas), the major element of concentration in the air, through ADC0832 converts analog signals into digital signals and display the density on the digital tube so as to realize the detection for gas leak and security alarm function. With Keil software for experimental platform, the software design part to write and modify the procedures of the various modules, consistent with design requirements of the program was finally determined. This system mainly for the technical improvement on traditional gas detection system to meet the requirements, so this system has the following characteristics. Using single chip microcomputer implementation timing control, circuit is simple, cheap and good reliability. Using gas sensors and explosion-proof solenoid valves. Safe and reliable, and can effectively guarantee at any time on and off the gas control solenoid valve, this system also can be used as a subsystem of smart home system.
