Present, Chinas macro-control policy in the real estate industry is becoming increasingly tightly, the real estate industry will face a new round of reshuffle. To be in an invincible position in fierce competition in the industry, the real estate industry must be maximum extent possible to avoid the projects investment risk. Through the accurate market positioning and the corresponding strategy means the investment of the project costs lowest, therefore projects in the construction of pre-investment feasibility was particularly important. This paper first describes the overview of the feasibility study of real estate projects and the basic theory and research methods of the real estate projects feasibility study ,that’s the theoretical foundation of the the JFL project feasibility study; then it describes the real estate development in China in recent years and trend analysis the development conditions and forecasts of the host city of Xian real estate market, to do the environmental analysis for the project; followed by the JFL real estate project for the objects of the real estate project SWOT analysis to arrive at the project location, and then from the project technical analysis, project schedule, investment estimation and risk analysis of several aspects of the practice and theory of the development project feasibility study, the article obtain the conclusion of the real estate project feasibility analysis conclusions and the ina
