摘 要 随着市场竞争的全球化不断深入，大量企业面临着向“项目管理型企业”转化的问题。在先进的管理体系中，不论企业的生产经营、还是科研机构的研究活动，其项目特征都越来越明显，整体运营过程通常围绕着一系列项目的管理和实施来进行。因此，从某种意义上讲，项目管理的成败决定了生产经营或研究活动的成败。同时，大量事例也证明，科学的项目管理已成为避免运营错误的有利工具，而如何提高项目管理的科学性、规范性和完善性也成为了亟待解决的重要问题。erver 2000数据库实现数据逻辑，提出了多项目分类处理原则。结合我们对项目管理知识的了解，本系统实现了对于项目的基本增加、修改、删除功能，实现了按项目的时间，项目的名称查询功能，实现了对于不同用户权限的管理。系统在Windows XP平台下开发，能满足中小企业项目管理的需要。 论文中首先概要描述了项目管理的理论，以及在系统实现中所使用的主要技术。在理论描述的基础上，论文对企业项目管理系统的需求进行了分析。在需求分析的基础上，论文详细描述了每个模块的整体设计和详细的程序设计等。在需求模型分析和业务逻辑设计中主要使用UML语言表示的模块图、E-R图来表达用户需求和分析需求模型。在系统实现中主要完成以下工作： 1.企业项目的新增项目，项目查询，项目的修改等功能； 2.企业项目的Excel导出功能； 3.企业项目的多用户权限管理。 关键词 企业项目管理，数据库，JSP  Abstract Go deep into continuously along with the globalization that market compete, a great deal of business enterprise face toward the problem of a business enterprise of the item management conversion.
