摘 要 随着计算机技术的迅速发展，尤其是微型计算机的日益普及，越来越多的控制系统采用计算机进行控制。由于计算机控制具有控制灵活，实现的功能强，精度高等优点，它将逐渐取代模拟控制而成为系统控制的主要方式。本文以美国Intel公司的8098单片机为控制核心，结合实验室实际情况和对控制系统的要求，设计了全数字直流可逆调速系统。 本调速系统由软件实现了各种控制要求，使硬件电路变得相当简单，小型轻量化效果显著，控制性能可大大提高。计算机在完成控制的同时，还有故障监视和保护功能，使控制系统的可靠性进一步得到了保证。采用一片8098单片机实现了整个控制系统各环节的数字化控制，其中包括：高分辨率的数字触发器、正反转逻辑控制、电流和速度调节器的PI运算、运转控制等，还具有数字给定、转速和电流的显示及系统在过流过压时的声光报警功能。 本系统利用8098单片机的高速输出口HSO通过软件与之配合完成了触发脉冲的输出和移项，其分辨率高达2us 。系统软件采用目前流行的8098专用高级语言－PL/M－96进行模块化程序设计，编辑效率高，程序的可读性好，调试方便。整个系统的软件由主程序和三个中断服务程序组成。 本文第五章对系统的抗干扰设计进行了总结。本系统及其设计思想对实际应用有一定的参考价值。 关键词：直流电气窗传动，可逆调速，数字触发器，脉冲移动，抗干扰。 ABSTRACT With the development of application of micro-computer in a variety of field and the demanding of higher performance for control system, the control technology for direct electric drive has moved from analogue mode to digital mode. On the basis of newly-developed and high performance/price ratio 8098 single chip computer by American Intel company and combining the experimented background with the demanding of practical control system, this paper has designed a full digital direct current reversible speed control system. The software package in this system can meet the need of various control. This makes the hardware current very simple, small and light, and improves the control performance effectively, while it finishing control tasks, the computer has also the ability of fault monitoring and protecting to make the system more reliable, using a 8098 single chip computer, the system can realize digital in every link. These include digital trigger of high resolving power, logic control for run forward and backward, the calculation of PI algorithm for current and speed adjusting, running control, digital speed reference, display of current and speed, sonic and light alarming for over current and over voltage.
