买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 MG132/315-WD型采煤机是电牵引型的采煤机，它的截割部是由电动机带动，通过二级直齿轮减速和一级行星减速带动滚筒，最后，达到用户所需的转速。 主要设计任务有：第一项初步确定设计方案；第二项是通过各方面查找有关资料及设计手册计算设计截割部的传动系统；第三项设计完成后，对整个传动系统设计的结果进行整理。在对采煤机的截割部的设计中，首先要弄清楚设计方案中具体要求，采用几级齿轮传动及在传动过程所要注意的问题进行分析，根据分析的结果，在设计的过程中及时发现问题并进行改正。同时在计算过程中我们应该正确应用设计手册，认真计算每个过程的具体数据，确保设计数据的准确率，达到设计所要求的目的。 通过本次毕业设计，使我在大学四年里所学的知识有了更进一步的巩固和提高，同时，也增强了自己分析问题和解决问题的能力，从而为今后更好地工作和学习打下了坚实的基础。 [关键字]：采煤机 截割部 减速器 行星轮 齿轮 关键词 采煤机； 电牵引； 截割部 Abstract The type of MG132/315- WD adopts coal machine is piece that electricity lead the type adopt the coal machine, it mow a the department is to be aroused by electric motor to pass second class keeping the wheel gear decelerate to decelerate to arouse the roller with the second class planet, finally, attain the customer need of turn soon. The main design duty includes: First preliminary determination design proposal ;The second item is searches the pertinent data and the design handbook computation design coal cutting department transmission system through various aspects; After the third design completes, carries on the reoranization to the entire transmission system design result. In to the coal mining machine coal cutting department design in ,first must clarify in the design proposal the specific request uses several levels of gear drive and the question which must pay attention in the transmission process carrise on the analysis, according to result which analyzes, in the design process promptly found the problem and carrise on the correction .Meanwhile we should correctly utilize the design handbook in the computation process, earnestly calculates each process the concrete data ,guarantees the design data Rate of accuracy ,achieved the design requests goal. 　　　Through this graduation project ,my knowledge which studied in the university have further more consolidated and enchanted、simultaneously.
