买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 咖啡粉枕式包装机总体设计及横封切断装置设计 摘 要：随着包装工业的不断发展，产品包装在产品生产、产品开发和产品销售过程中所起着越来越重要的作用。 本设计通过分析粒料包装机的总体设计方案及对横封切断装置的部件原理设计,确定主要装置(供送、下料、成型、牵引、封切、传动)之间的相互配合关系。分析了机构、传动系统、控制系统的设计原理,该设计解决了粒料快速、自动包装等问题。为实现包装机的预期功能,对其机械传动系统进行设计。确定传动路线,并给出其传动系统结构简图。在分析横封切断机构功能的基础上, 研究出一种新型凸轮滑杆式间歇横封机构, 其特点是运动中力系处于封闭平衡状态, 且结构简单, 加工方便, 易于调试安装。根据多功能枕型包装机横封切断工艺要求， 选用凸轮机构实现其横封轴不等速传动， 并对此传动机理进行了运动分析， 推导出了通用计算公式。 关键词：枕式包装机;运动分析; 结构特点;横封切断装置 Design for Pillow-style Packaging Machine of Coffee and Horizontal Cutting Fixtures Abstract: As the developing of the packing industry, the technique of product packing has played a great role in the products production,development and selling. By analyzing the design schema and design principle of the horizontal cutting fixtures for packaging grainy material was introduced,conformed work in relations of main fixtures(feeding, forming, retractor, sealing,driving) through analysis of packaging machine overall plan .The mechanism, driving system and control system were analyzed. The problems of fast and automatically packaging grainy material was solved with this equipment. Based on the requirements for transmission system of handy needle packing machine , a scheme design for transmission system was completed in order to accomplish the expectant function of the mechanism. The transmission route was determined. The sketch was offered. Based on the requirements for transmission system of horizontal cutting fixtures. It conducts an analys is and comparison of mechanism about intermittent traverse seal, and the focus point is to study mechanism about bring forth new idea of interm- ittent trarerse seal.According to the technology require of cross sealing axle of pillow multi-function packaging machine,the cam is used to realize vary velocity motion,and its kinematic analysis is performed,the general caculating formula is deduced.
