买文档后送图纸，QQ 194535455 摘 要 汽车零部件加工在经济时代呈现了新的发展趋势，由此对其质量、性能都有了新的要求。现在汽车零部件行业发生着结构性的变化，工艺设计与改良已成为发展的必要条件，直接影响加工产品的质量与性能。 设计摇臂轴支座加工工艺需运用汽车制造工艺学中的基本理论以及在生产实习中学到的实践知识，正确地解决一个零件在加工中的定位、夹紧、工艺路线安排、工艺尺寸确定等问题，保证零件的加工质量，具备设计零件的工艺规程的能力。摇臂轴支座为铸件，具有体积小，零件结构简单等特点，由于面比孔易加工，在制定工艺规程时，就先加工面，再以面为基准来加工其它，其中大多数工序都采用专用夹具，其结构设计简单，方便且能满足要求。通过本次设计提高了分析问题、解决问题的能力，能够更深入理解课本知识，并能够很好的应用到实际工作之中，为以后更好地胜任我的工作岗位打好基础。 关键词：摇臂轴支座；工艺分析 ；工艺规程；夹具设计  ABSTRACT The automobile spare part processing has presented the recent trend of development in the economical time.from this, to its quality and the performance we had the new request. Now the automobile spare part profession is having the constitutive changes .The technological design and the improvement have become the essential development condition,it immediately influent quality and performance of the processed products. The design rocker arm shaft support processing craft must utilize in the elementary theory of the automobile manufacture technology as well as the practice knowledge which arrives in the productive practice. Solves the components correctly in the processing project localization, clamp, craft route arrangement, craft size determination, Guarantees the processing quality of the components. It has the ability of designing components technological process .The rocker arm shaft support is a casting ,has the volume to be small, components structure simple and so on characteristics .Because the surface is easier than the hole to process, when formulates the technological process, first machined surface, then processes other take the surface as the datum,and the majority working procedures use the unit clamp, its structural design is simple, facilitates, and can satisfy the request .We can enhanced analysis question ability and solves the question ability through this design .We also can more thorough understanding the textbook knowledge, and can be well apply to practical work ,for well competent my operating post builds the foundation. keywords
