系 工程经济系 学号 201115360135 湖南交通职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文）审核 设计（论文）题目：论建筑施工安全管理 作 者：钟名亮 专 业：建筑经济管理（工程项目管理方向） 成 绩： 班 级：项管1101班 指导教师：周灵娜 二O一四年三月  摘 要 目前，随着我国经济的快速发展，大规模工程建设的进行，建筑行业规模日益扩大，安全管理已成为了现代施工企业必须重视的课题，要防范安全事故的发生，就必须提高自身的安全管理水平。本文首先介绍了安全风险的概念和影响，以及目前施工企业安全风险意识差的状况，从而论证了安全管理的必要性及意义，接着就如何识别安全风险，对施工过程中存在的安全风险点进行了具体分析，对其特点和产生的原因进行了具体论述，最后，就如何应对安全风险，对安全管理的全过程——安全管理体系的计划和建立、实施和行动、检查和评价、优化和改进作了具体的论述，论证了只有不断健全和完善安全管理体系，并坚持执行，才能保证安全管理体系的良性循环状态，从而实现安全管理的目标。 关键词：工程建设，安全风险，安全管理  ABSTRACT Now, along with the rapid economic development of our country, large-scale engineering construction, the construction industry is expanding the scale, safety management has become the modern construction enterprises must pay attention to the subject, to prevent the accidents, we must improve their security management level.This paper first introduces the concept of safety risk and influence, as well as the construction enterprise safety risk consciousness difference of conditions, so as to prove the safety management of the necessity and significance, and then how to identify safety risk, the construction of the existence of the safety risk point a concrete analysis of the characteristics and the causes of the concrete discusses, finally, how to deal with security risk for the whole process of safety management, security management system planning and development, implementation and action, inspection and evaluation, optimize and improve the detailed, this paper demonstrates the only constant and improve the safety management system, and adhere to the enforcement, to ensure the safety management system the virtuous cycle of state, so as to realize the goal of safety management.
