基于三维地理环境的土地整治规划成果表达 The expression of the land development and consolidation planning data based on?three-dimensiona geographical environment. 摘要：目前，三维地形可视化技术在土地规划领域普遍运用，但大部分侧重于单纯的三维地形显示及三维地形表面分析等，而对于规划成果基于三维地形环境下的规划图与动态统计图表综合成果的表达还鲜有研究。本文以土地整治规划成果表达的方式为例，充分利用ArcGIS 软件平台，通过ArcScene三维建模技术及ArcMAP地理信息的可视化表示功能，研究基于地形图、遥感影像及统计数据一体化的三维可视化地图表达方式，为规划成果汇报与展示提供有效的技术支持。本文基于ArcScene平台构建全国地形三维可视化模型，然后导出二维图，叠加到ArcMap中的矢量图层上，再基于图斑属性生成属性表格，并动态标注在相应的图斑上。从而实现三维地形环境与动态统计图表的综合成果表达。本文基于ArcGIS软件所建立的多维可视化模型，非常适合土地规划成果的表达与展示，弥补了传统的二维和三维可视化的局限性。 Abstract: At present, technology of 3D terrain visualization is widely used in the field of land planning. However, most?studies have simply focused on 3D terrain display and the analysis of?3D terrain surface.?There has been less research on the comprehensive expression of? both the planning drawings and the dynamic statistics and charts based on?3D geographical environment. Taking the expression of the land development and consolidation planning as an example,the author makes the best use of ArcGIS, technology of 3D modeling of ArcScene and Geographic Information Visualization of ArcMAP and makes a study on the comprehensive expression based on topographic maps, remote sensing images and statistics ,supplying the technical support for the final reporting of the planning results. Based on ArcScene, a nationwide?terrain?visualization model is designed, then a 2D graph is imported from that. Feature Layers is superposed with the 2D graph on ArcMap. Based on the propertiesof each polygons, attribute tables is generated and identified danymically on the relevant polygon. Thereby,the comprehensive expression of both the planning drawings and the dynamic statistics and charts based on?3D geographical environment is achieved. The 3D modle based on ArcGIS is very suitable for the achievement exhibition of land planning,and it can make up the limitation of traditional 2D and 3D Visualization. 一 三维地形图的制作 1 将dem数据转换为tin数据 2 将tin转换为tingrid 3 将遥感影像叠加到arcscene中去
