2008年 28卷第 1期 　　　　　　　　　　　　制冷技术 35 发 　展 中国水产冷库的发展与进步 　与 探 　讨 孔庆源 (上海水产行业协会 　上海 200082) 【摘 　要 】　本文分析了中国水产冷库在最近几十年取得迅速发展的经济基础 ,介绍了它的发展进程 、市场格局及技术进步 。 本文提出中国水产冷库的今后发展 ,还需要提高现代物流技术的应用程度和水准 ,进一步降低各项能耗指标 ,在市场导向下水产 冷库将实现三个转变 : 1从贮藏型向物流型转变 。2从冷冻型向低温物流型转变 。3从数量增长向质量效益同步增长转变 。 从而使我国的水产冷库和国际上渔业发达国家接轨 ,更好地为中国建设渔业强国服务 。 【关键词 】　水产冷库 　发展现状 　技术进步 D eve lopm en t and P rog ress of C h inese F ishery C o ld S torage 【A b stract 】　The econom ical basis for the rap id exp anding of Ch ine se fishery cold storage in recen t years wa s analyzed and the develop ing p roce sse s, m arket distribution and techn ical imp rovem en t of fishery co ld storage were introduced.
