中文摘要 通脉缓释片是采用缓释技术将丹参、葛根、川芎三味中药提取精 制后制成的亲水凝胶骨架片，具有活血通脉的功能，为治疗动脉硬化、 脑血栓、脑缺血、冠心病、心绞痛等缺血性心脑血管疾病提供了一种 新型的给药系统。 在中医药理论指导下，根据大量的文献资料，结合处方中各药物 成分的理化性质，采用现代药学研究技术，并依据国家药品注册管理 办法的规定，对通脉缓释片的制备工艺、质量标准和初步稳定性试验 进行了试验研究。 提取工艺研究中，分别以丹参酮IIA 、丹酚酸B、葛根素、阿魏酸 含量、干膏得率为指标，采用单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方法对 提取工艺进行了考察，其中采用梯度渗漉法将丹参中脂溶性和水溶性 有效成分都较好的提取出来；用大孔吸附树脂法对丹酚酸B、葛根素、 阿魏酸进行富集纯化，从而筛选出丹参、葛根、川芎的精制工艺；成 型工艺研究中，采用湿法制粒制备通脉缓释片，对缓释片的成型工艺 条件及质量评价进行了系统研究。质量标准研究中，建立了丹参、葛 根、川芎的薄层色谱鉴别和丹酚酸B、葛根素的含量测定方法，建立 了丹酚酸 B 的体外释放度测定方法，并对小试样品的稳定性进行了初 步考察。 研究结果表明：通脉缓释制剂制备工艺科学、合理、可行，质量 标准稳定、可控，制剂性质基本稳定。 关键词 ：通脉缓释片 冠心病 心绞痛 制备工艺 体外释放度 质量标准 I Abstract Tongmai sustained-release tablet is a compound preparation with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Puerariae and Rhizoma Ligustici chuanxiong by sustained technique. It has the function of ploying the blood and smooth the pulse. It will be a new present system which plays the role of treating disease of arteriosclerosis 、brain thrombus 、brain lack of blood、coronary heart disease、angina and so on. With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, on the basis of abundant literature materials, in combination with the property of each ingredient in this prescription, we systematically studied Preparation process, Quality standard and Preliminary Stability by adopting the modern pharmacy research technology and according as the national drugs registration policing method. In the study of preparation craftwork ，with the content of Taking the contents of Tanshinone IIA ,salvianolic acid B, Puerarin ，asafetida acid and amount of dry extract cream as the evaluation indexes, the single factor test and orthogonal test w
