安徽农业科学,Journal of Anhui Agri .Sci .2007 ,35( 34) :11076 - 11077 责任编辑 刘月娟 责任校对 俞洁 雏鸭黄曲霉毒素中毒与曲霉菌病并发病例的病理学诊断 1 2 2 2 2 2 * 蔡双双 ,杨雪丽,谷长勤, 张万坡 , 程国富, 胡薛英 ( 1. 湖北三峡职业技术学院, 湖北宜昌443000 ; 2 . 华 中农业大学动物医学院, 湖北武汉430070) 摘要 对湖北省襄樊某鸭场病死雏鸭进行 了流行病学调查、病理解剖、病理组织学观察 、饲料黄 曲霉毒素B1 检测等一 系列诊断。结果 表 明: 死亡雏鸭肝脏肿 大, 肝质硬化, 表 面有 白色网格状花纹; 肺脏表 面及切面有灰 白色病灶; 肝细胞发 生水泡变性和脂肪 变性及坏死, 胆 管上皮细胞呈条索状增生; 肺脏 内有肉芽肿形成, 肺 气管 内可见霉菌菌丝; 饲料 中黄 曲霉毒素B1 含量为8 .3 μg/ kg 。据 以上结果, 确诊 为雏鸭黄 曲霉毒素中毒和 曲霉菌病并发。 关键词 雏鸭; 黄曲霉毒素 中毒; 曲霉菌病; 病理学诊断 中图分类号 S858 .32 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 66 11(2007) 34 - 11076 - 02 Pathological Diagnosis on the Complicating Disease Cases with Afl atoxicosis and Aspergill osis in Ducklings CAI Shuang-shuang et al ( Hubei Three Gorges Vocational and Technical College ,Yichang ,Hubei 443000) Abstract A series of diagnosis such as epi demiological survey , pathological anatomy , histopathological observation and B1 detection of aflatoxin in the feedstuff were made on the diseased and dead ducklings in a duck far min Xiangfan city of Hubei province . The results showed that the liver of the dead ducklings was enlarged with sclerosis and there were white gri dding stripes on the surface . Off white focus was on the lung surface and sections . Liver cell took place vacuolar degeneration , fatty degeneration and necrosis and bile duct epitheliumshowed cord-like hyperplasia . Granuloma was for med in the l ung and mould hypha could be seen in the pul monary trachea . B1 content of aflatoxi n in the feedstuff was 8 .3 μg/ kg . Accordi ng to the above results , it was diagnosed as the complicating disease with aflatoxicosis and aspergillosis in the ducklings .
